Delivery :: United Kingdom (mainland) delivery is £6.95, Western Europe is £9.95 US/Worldwide Delivery is £19.95. Shipping costs are for as many items as you like. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud

We accept no reponsibility for parcels sent to PO Boxes or an address other than the cardholders address. Parcels are always sent "signed for delivery".

Shopping cart :: The site operates a shopping cart, select the item you want, choose Size/Colour/Quantity and you will be taken to the credit card payment and info screens. Orders are encrypted for your security and we operate under a SECURE server, so you will see the padlock sign on your browser screen when you enter credit card details. Your card details are then encrypted. We take security seriously and never enclose credit card details in emails to us. If we email you about your credit card, we will only specify the last four digits of the csrd number, nothing else.

Ordering :: All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Please use the currency converter to work out the price in your currency. Please make sure you select your home currency when using the tool.

All items are made to order in your choice of size/colour etc, UNLESS we list the item as in stock in our stock pages. As a guide 4-8 weeks is currently the norm. If an item is urgent we will do our best to provide it. Vollers corsets currently take around 4 weeks. Again, please see the stock pages for urgent requirements. Always confirm in stock items before ordering if you need something urgently.

We do keep well stocked shops, call to check availability (or see our in stock inventory here). With 100's of styles of corsets, etc, each in many fabrics, colours and sizes we may not always have you first choice but we are happy to give you details of what we have and what is due in.

Payment :: We accept MasterCard, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Solo, and Switch Cards. Simply include the details requested on the order form, and we will charge your card. Alternatively phone or fax your card details. United Kingdom customers may also pay by postal order made payable to FGM UK Ltd if ordering by post. It is not necessary for you to calculate the exchange rate or anything when filling in the order form. All items are listed in UK pounds. The exchange from one currency to another is automatically made by your credit card company when we charge your card, and you should see the exchange rate applied on your next statement. Payment via Paypal is also available. Please see the PayPal option in our shopping cart. UK cheques and postal orders are no longer accepted. You can also pay using cash in our London shops.

Credit card billing :: Please note we charge your credit card on order (or within a few days if out of hours). Made to measure and made to order items are not cancellable and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, as well as our normal minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee.

We are constantly adding to our range and can also source many items not displayed, if you have something in mind we will try to get it for you at a good price. We are able to offer many of our items on a made to measure basis, subject to extra charge, please enquire with your requirements.

Exchange/cancellations :: Important, please read carefully lingerie (due to the intimate nature of the garment) and any made to order item (e.g corsets, cloaks or anything not listed on our stock pages) are not returnable or refundable. Other items are exchangeable within 7 days of us shipping (20 days for International orders) if unused . Please let us know the new size or alternative item required so it can be sourced while the item is on it's way back, thus limiting delays.

To repeat lingerie is not returnable, please order with care, contact us in case of query. We appreciate some customers may fall between sizes or may like to check how particular designers sizes run, please enclose measurements and additional details in case of query.

Cancellations :: Should you need to cancel an order please email us or fax us. Please ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation and a cancellation number (in case of a fax cancellation we will need a return fax number). All orders that are cancelled after charging will be subject to our minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee. Made to measure and made to order items are not cancellable and are subject to 30% restocking fee.

Corsets :: They should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition in original packaging. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.

Approval :: Please note: Goods are not available 'on approval'. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us by email before placing your order or come and see us (if appropriate).. Please make your choice carefully as online card processing is expensive. Refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Company Management and will be less the restocking fee, as well as a minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee.

Returns :: Please note: No items should be returned before contacting us first.

ALL customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return.
 
Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the package.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control
